Limited", miscellaneous materials copied from original documents including newspaper clippings from 1954; pages 62-66 of the Canadian Fuel Marketer ca. 1878-1978 issues; Weaver Liquifuels pages 55-60, 2 envelopes of negatives, and 110 photographs of various everyday operations at the Bill Schuster Coal and Lumber Company, as well as photographs of Bill Schuster and possibly his family. One is an aerial photograph of the site of the company.

The fonds contains the papers of John S. Turnbull of Belleville, Ontario. Enclosed in the first file is a description of the property of a Mr. Forrin; a notice instructing Mr. Turnbull to pay Mr. James Anderson eleven pounds, ten shillings by Mr. James Turnbull; and a description of the west side of Front Street. The second file consists of items relating to Turnbull's estate including a list of properties he owned, a list of personal effects, the last will and testament of Margaret Campbell, the first and final wills of John Turnbull, and documents pertaining to a dispute over his estate by his family after his death. The third file is composed of various real estate contracts, the fourth file consists of real estate deeds, while the fifth file is made up of real estate leases.
A plan of lot 40 on the west side of Front Street, Belleville, was also part of this collection but is kept separately.

An original, coloured plan of mineral deposits in "Marmora - Scale half mile to an inch." The plan includes Lots 1-20 on Concessions 6-11 in Marmora Township.
The types of mineral deposits include ranges of silurian limestone, metamorphic rocks, a gold bearing belt, and a range of reddish syenites. Mining companies include Hawkeye Co. Mine, Gatling Mining Co., Taule Mine, Severn Mine, McKinnon Mine and the Canada Consolidated Gold Mining Company. Also featured is the settlement of Malone, several roads, lakes and the Central Ontario Railway.
The file contains a letter from Alan Rayburn dated 23 August 2002. Along with the letter there are copies of some responses received by James White, Canada's chief geographer, dated 1905-1909, from postmasters in Hastings County providing information on how and when each place was named.
The file contains an essay titled "The Hastings Road, A Story, Road To The Wilderness", found in the home of David and Bernice Fraser in Bancroft. Pages 24 to 32 are missing.
