File contains original hand written booklet of methods and recipes pertaining to the Morocco Leather business in Picton. The book belonged to Flora Bell's father, who operated the business.

Also present is a photocopied typescript extract from Historic Hastings regarding an excursion by residents to Belleville to Stirling to attend a festival by the Stirling Masonic Lodge, 15 June 1877.

One has an x beneath him, with a note saying "your brother in 1913". The postcard was mailed to Lucy E. Holton in Bermuda in 1923 photograph of the Bridge Street Church Orchestra, 1922 flyer for a Grand Concert of the Bridge Street Church Orchestra, held on 19 May 1922 at 8.15. George Harold Holton was the Director "Georgina Waltzes" sheet music, composed by George Harold Holton for his future wife, Minnie Georgina Wilson, published by the George Taberg Music Company of Cincinnati, Ohio in 1898 business card for the Holton Lumber Company, with Sir Mackenzie Bowell and G. H. Holton's names on it unidentified young man, taken by Clarke of Belleville

A mix of catalogues showcasing locks and associated building hardware for all the companies involved, but focusing on Corbin. Box of files includes inter company correspondence, newspaper clippings, log books, photographs and shares. A number of other books include a job book for cylinder keys, manufacturing order books and department specific log books. Two awards are also included, 1 for the efforts of a flood control team in 1981 and 1 safety award received in 1960. The fonds also includes a plastic Corbin sign and a key made at the plant.
