Digital audio recordings of oral history interviews with five owners of businesses in downtown Belleville, Ontario: Bob Barber, Don Leslie, Gerry Bongard, John O'Connor and Terry Barratt. The recordings were enabled by a grant from the Belleville Community Arts and Culture Fund.
Materials collected by the Belleville Fire Department from members and former members of the department. They include photographs, correspondence, press clippings and fire call logs.
This fonds contains a variety of documents relating to the Belleville Fire Department which include, but are not entirely composed of, official policies relating to officer's reports, fire logs, health and safety, arbitration, indemnity agreements with surrounding communities, uniform specifications, certificates and cards, labour related issues, scientific studies, records of the city of Belleville and the Belleville Professional Fire Fighters Association in addition to newspaper clippings related to the fire department dated from 1907 to 2001.

Fonds consist of 3 Tweedsmuir scrapbooks compiled by the Cannifton Corbyville Women's Institute. Also included are 2 minute books and 1 binder of president's notes. Books contain newsclippings, photographs, minutes, brochures, expenditures, handwritten notes, poems, maps and reports of local history and the Cannifton Corbyville Women's Institute. Subjects covered within the scrapbooks are programmes, banquets and miscellaneous events.
Fonds consist of three Tweedsmuir scrapbooks compiled by the Carmel Women's Institute and nine volumes of minute books.
The scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings, photographs, and reports of local history and the Carmel Women's Institute. Subjects covered within the scrapbooks are World War II, excursions of the group, local businesses and news about the community.
The minute books cover the years 1949-2001 and include accounting information for the Institute. Some have lists of meetings, attendance registers and lists of members.

The photographs are arranged by subject matter and cover activities in and around the town of Deseronto, Ontario. The majority date from the late nineteenth century and many depict the lumber-related industries of the Rathbun Company in Deseronto. There are also photographs of school groups, churches, railways, First World War airfields and portraits of Deseronto citizens.
Photographs are principally of staff and patrons of the Deseronto Public Library and were apparently taken by staff of The Quinte Scanner newspaper. Other images include staff of Deseronto Public School and photographs of buildings in Deseronto, Ontario.
