The video is 13 minutes and 30 seconds in length, and consists of a visual and audio survey by an unidentified female narrator of paintings and plaques inside and outside the Hastings County Court House and Administrative Building on April 4th, 1996.

Contains mostly the Quinte Branch newsletter but also correspondence, minutes, reports and a number of walking tours of Belleville and Picton. Some of the minutes from meetings are also included as are some newspaper clippings associated with historic buildings of the region.

Postcards containing pictures of animals such as moose and bears, as well as English scenes such as Windsor Castle.

The fonds contains the papers of John S. Turnbull of Belleville, Ontario. Enclosed in the first file is a description of the property of a Mr. Forrin; a notice instructing Mr. Turnbull to pay Mr. James Anderson eleven pounds, ten shillings by Mr. James Turnbull; and a description of the west side of Front Street. The second file consists of items relating to Turnbull's estate including a list of properties he owned, a list of personal effects, the last will and testament of Margaret Campbell, the first and final wills of John Turnbull, and documents pertaining to a dispute over his estate by his family after his death. The third file is composed of various real estate contracts, the fourth file consists of real estate deeds, while the fifth file is made up of real estate leases.

A plan of lot 40 on the west side of Front Street, Belleville, was also part of this collection but is kept separately.

1) Writ of summons addressed to Francis Papineau, James Blacklock and James Hill of Belleville, defendants in a case brought by Henry Fowler, served on 10 May 1865
2) Typescript copy of Section 11 of By-law 476 of the City of Belleville, prohibiting people from setting off firearms or rockets or throwing snowballs in streets or public places in the city. By-law originally passed on 16 May 1881
3) Sale poster for auction mortgage sale of the Albion Hotel in Belleville, Ontario on 4 July 1900
4) Menu, program, seating plan, and toast list for the Sixth Congress of Chambers of Commerce of the Empire, held at the Hotel Cecil in London, England on 13 July 1906. (W. N. Ponton was one of the attendees.)

One is called 'Glanmore' written by Sheila Chapline, written for the general public, the other is a compilation of information aimed at guides of the museum and includes information researched by Kerry Abel and Nick and Helma Mika.

These volumes were compiled by the Historic Structures Committee of the Hastings County Historical Society in 1978 and 1983. They contain photographs and descriptions of some of the older buildings in Belleville, Ontario.
