File contains letters regarding the official opening of the Hastings County Museum in 1961, several invitations to the opening, and a newspaper article discussing the opening. There are two booklets listing artists in Hasting and Prince Edward County, a handout from the Hastings County Museum with directions to Glanmore, and a poster from 1975 promoting a talk by Mary Beacock Fryer (author of Loyalist Spy). There is also an itinerary from 1961 for a trip to Upper Canada Village. There is also a pamphlet about Glanmore.

File contains a mimeographed typescript proposal entitled “Belleville Project for the Canadian Centennial : a proposal submitted by certain interested citizens.” The proposal contains a brief history of Faulkner House [Glanmore], architectural drawings and a proposed budget for restoration and subsequent operations.

The first on titled "From Mechanics' Institute to Corby Public Library; The Development of library service in Belleville, 1851-1908", was prepared by Elizabeth Mitchell, Information Services Librarian, Belleville Public Library (date unknown). The second one titled "The Belleville Public Library; A History of Service" was prepared by Leona Hendry, Chief Librarian and presented March 17, 1992 at the Hastings County Historical Society.
