File contains a manuscript statement of losses submitted to the Provincial Government by Hiram Baragan [Barrigan?] for damages associated with imprisonment in 1837 and subsequent court attendance in Kingston in May, 1838. Also contains a manuscript affidavit sworn at Belleville in 1845 by the arresting officer, Wellington Murney.
