Queena Cooke was born on December 2, 1906 in Belleville, the daughter of Lewis Cooke and Jennie McCreary. She became a head nurse at Belleville General Hospital. Queenie Cooke was a member of the United Church and the Belleville General Hospital Alumni. She died on February 14, 1996 in Belleville, Ontario.

Henry Corby senior settled in Belleville, Ontario in around 1831 with his first wife, Jemima. She and their three children died in 1835 after their cutter fell through the ice of the Bay of Quinte. Corby married her sister, Matilda Williams and had a large family with her. Matilda died in 1874 and Henry married Gladwise Matthews in 1875.
Henry 'Harry' Corby was the son of Henry Corby. He took over the running of the family's distillery from his father and was appointed Senator in 1912.
Henry Corby was born in England in 1806. He married Jemima Williams in London in 1830 and the couple moved to Belleville, Ontario. He worked as a grocer and became a successful baker before going into the distillery business. Corby died in Belleville in 1881.
Henry Corby opened a distillery on the banks of the Moira river north of Belleville in around 1859. The operation ran under a variety of owners until the site was closed down in 1989.

John Benjamin Corke was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on March 24th, 1914. He served as an Alderman and as Mayor of Belleville in the 1960s, 70s and 80s. He died in Belleville on May 18th, 1995.
