File contains a manuscript petition to the Warden and Council of the County of Hastings for a road from the north east part of the Township of Tyendinaga to the Township of Hungerford. Also contains two manuscript resolutions of the Hastings County Council, , October, 1864, and a manuscript report of the Committee of the Whole on Roads and Bridges, chaired by Billa Flint, December, 1864.

There are also articles from 1961 about increased attendance to the Tweed fair, and council activities in Tyendinaga and Tweed.
