"Evans and Evans, Civil Engineers and Ontario Land Surveyors" was first created by father and son John Dunlop Evans and John Walter Evans.
After John D. Evans' retirement in 1928, the company became "J. Walter Evans & Co. Engineers & Surveyors," and was led by J. Walter Evans.
The company ceased to exist (under the same name) after the death of Walter in 1938.
