Biographical history

William Drewry was born on January 20, 1859, at Belleville, Ontario, to parents John Burnham Drewry and Glorianna Climie. He was apprenticed to Evans and Bolger in 1879 and qualified as an Ontario Land Surveyor (1882), and a Dominion Land Surveyor (1883). Throughout his career he surveyed with several government departments, railways and private firms. In 1884, he married Clare Lillian Hazard. He died on December 2, 1939 in Victoria, British Columbia.

Drewry P. L. S., and signed January 9, 1888.

This copy was made in 1972 of plan #268, as registered in the Hastings Land Registry Office.
