Plan of Glebe Property in the Town of Belleville

A certified reproduction of the "Plan of Glebe Property, north of Bleakers Grove in town of Belleville, Owned by (Rev.) John Grier, part of Lot # 4 in the 1st Concession of Thurlow." Surveyed by John J. Haslett, P.L.S. in 1851.

This copy was made in 1972 of plan #11, as registered in the Hastings Land Registry Office.

Quinte Unitarian 1968

File contains newspaper clips on Quinte Christians marking the 400th anniversary (to be held at YMCA), clips about the founder of the United Services Committee in Ontario - Lottie Hitschmanova, and clips about the foster/parent program offered through the United Services Committee c.1969.

Salvation Army

File contains newspaper clippings regarding plans for the erection of a new Salvation Army Citadel in east Belleville in 1966, and the opening of a Salvation Army camp for children at Roblin Lake in July 1956. Also present is an October 10, 1925 issue fo the War Cry, the official publication of the Salvation Army, and a printed poster announcing a concert by the Salvation Army International Staff Band at Belleville Collegiate Institute ca. 1950s.

Trecalburry, parade in celebration of 81 years in Belleville, new citadel to be built where Wannamaker House was.
