Shelby Kramp-Neuman was born in Belleville, Ontario and raised in Madoc. She served on the Centre Hastings Municipal council for 15 years, serving on the Chamber of Commerce and various committees including Economic Development. She held the position of Deputy Mayor. Kramp-Neuman is the daughter of long-time federal and provincial politician Daryl Kramp.

Biographical history

Ryan Williams is an hotelier and resident of Belleville, Ontario. In 2018 he was elected as a Councillor for the City of Belleville. He resigned in March 2021 to run as the Progressive Conservative candidate for the Bay of Quinte riding in the federal election of that year. He was elected as MP, defeating the incumbent, Neil Ellis (former Mayor of Belleville).
