Northrup, M.P.(Conservative) East Hastings, Ontario, March 1, 1901, concerning parliamentary debates surrounding the provisions of the Coronation Act. Includes a reprint of an obituary for Hon. William B. Northrup, October 22, 1925. Also present is a small decorative metal plate bearing the inscription W.B. Northrup, June 4, 1879 together with an intricate design of a lily-of-the-valley.
