Biographical history

James Robert Byron Ketcheson was born in Belleville, Ontario in 1914, the child of Lee Albert Ketcheson and Jessie Forbes. He worked as a civil servant for the Department of Justice. He died in 1988, at which time his home address was 168 Burnham Street, Belleville.
