Name of creator
In WWI Mott served as a gunner with the CEF, starting May 7, 1918. He was on his way to Siberia when the armistice was signed and was dismissed April 24, 1919.
He served as a city engineer with the City of Belleville from 1929-1958. He then became the city planning engineer from 1958-1961. In his final years with the city he served as planning director and technical assistant with the Belleville & Suburban Planning Board before his retirement in 1960. He spent a total of 45 years with the City of Belleville.
He married his wife Carmileta Florence Mastin on April 30, 1923.
At an age of 71 years on May 17, 1969.
