File contains original documents, presented to the Hastings County Historical Society in 1960; Biographical sketch written on 22-September-1869 covers the years 1862 to 1869 when Willson was teaching school in the southern part of Hastings County; educational papers; legal papers; correspondence and a poem entitled "To The Mohawks".

File contains a printed copy of a poster inciting Prince Edward County residents to join in opposition to the Rebellion Losses Bill in 1849. On verso is a copy of a similar poster issued in Kingston.

The file contains a copy of the notice of the Sheriff's sale of all right and title of Lewis Day & Henry Day to the South half of Lot No. 14 in the 2nd Conc. of the Township of Kingston, dated 3-December-1828.

This file contains a photocopy of a Deposition by John Walter Myers Esq. dated 14-June-1797 for David Palmer's service in the Corps known by the name of Major Roger's Corp. and that Catharine Harris (wife of David Harris) is David Palmer's legitimate daughter.
