File contains miscellaneous biographical information about Billa Flint (b. 1805 d. 1894) who owned lumber and saw mills in Bridgewater and became Mayor of Belleville 1866 and warden of the County of Hastings in 1873 and held other elected positions, he was appointed to the Senate by MacKenzie.
