This fonds is composed of records from the Halloway Loyal Orange Lodge #251. Four folders each contain a volume ranging from 1859-1875, 1873-1879, 1880-1883 and 1875-1922 respectively. Each of these volumes contains minutes, accounts, members lists and attendance.

Two scrapbooks of photographs and programs recording the activities of the Mohawk Loyalist Council (1970-1994) and the Belleville Life Member Club (1988-2000) of the Telephone Pioneers of America.

The fonds consist of minute and cash books, newsletters, handbooks, reports and songbooks of the Tyendinaga East Women's Institute. Materials added in 2016 include six photograph albums, five volumes of Tweedsmuir histories, autograph books and memorabilia.

The collection also includes a school register for School Section Number 10, Tyendinaga Township, 1879-1921.

Scrapbooks created by members of the Belleville, Ontario, Chapters of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, documenting the groups' activities and press coverage.

This fonds contains a variety of documents relating to the Belleville Fire Department which include, but are not entirely composed of, official policies relating to officer's reports, fire logs, health and safety, arbitration, indemnity agreements with surrounding communities, uniform specifications, certificates and cards, labour related issues, scientific studies, records of the city of Belleville and the Belleville Professional Fire Fighters Association in addition to newspaper clippings related to the fire department dated from 1907 to 2001.
