Masonic : King Baldwin Preceptory

File contains a printed booklet ca. 1961 entitled History of King Baldwin Preceptory, No. 6 Belleville, Ontario. Also contains a printed obituary dated August 4, 1928, of Rt. Em. Kt. Richard Henry Spencer, Presiding Preceptor of the Belleville No. 6 King Baldwin Preceptory. Also present is a printed booklet of by laws of the King Baldwin Preceptory ca. 1928, and blueprints of the Preceptory Hall, 1926.

Methodist Churches : list of first ministers, 1815-1831

File contains a photocopied printed excerpt which lists 19th century Episcopal and Wesleyan Methodist churches by location in Belleville. Also contains a newspaper article concerning a former Methodist manse in Unionville, Ontario in 1969, and a newspaper clipping regarding the installation of a new organ at Bridge Street Methodist Church in 1914.

Melrose fires, 1957-1960

File contains a printed booklet entitled "Dedication Service : Melrose United Church," marking the opening of the church on December 2, 1962 after a fire destroyed the original building in January, 1962. Also contains several newspaper articles concerning the church fire and a previous fire which destroyed the local Melrose Cheese Factory in 1957.

File contains printed and mimeographed and typescript documents regarding the erection of a historical plaque of the Allan Macpherson House, Napanee in 1964 and the completion of its historical restoration in 1968. Also includes a newspaper article concerning the purchase of the property by Lennox and Addington Historical Society in 1962.

Madoc : O'Hara's pioneer home
