Eighteen photo-postcards of Hastings County scenes, taken by William Freeman. They include images of Bannockburn (2), Eldorado (4), Moscow (1), and Trenton (3). Items donated in 2011 include a photograph of Oran Tripp at Trenton, snapshots of the Rose family of Millbridge, a Model T at Bannockburn in 1911 and three C.N.R. engines at Bannockburn in 1912.

A red and white quilt made in 1894 by the Steady Gleaners, a group of women affiliated with the Presbyterian Church of the Redeemer, Deseronto, Ontario, possibly with the aim of raising funds for missionary work. This quilt may have been made for such a purpose. The signatures of the women in the society are embroidered onto the squares of the quilt.

Scanned image of a photograph of the house at 153 Victoria Avenue, Belleville, Ontario. The house was built by Charles Frederick Smith in around 1878 and sold by Smith to John Wesley Johnson in 1889 for $4,250. Johnson was the Principal of the Ontario Business College in Belleville and Mayor of Belleville, 1897-1900, and Member of the Provincial Parliament for Hastings West, 1908-1919.

Collection includes materials relating to the career of Roy Miles Elbert Ward (1893-1979), a dentist who practiced in Belleville, Ontario for nearly 50 years. Includes a receipt from dentist B. G. Gilbert of Picton from 1890, a photograph of Wilma Aileen Seely (1910-2005, his second wife) as a baby, and Roy Ward's graduation photograph from the University of Toronto. Other items include a biography of Arthur Gowsell Ward (1914-1989) and various membership cards.
Four ribbons from ‘Deseronto’s 100th Anniversary Homecoming 1989’, a red one for first prize, a dark blue for second prize, a white for third prize and a pale blue for ‘I particpated’. Duplicate ribbons were discarded.
