Trenton : Ferry license, 1879; Bay of Quinte Navigation Company

File contains a manuscript license issued by the Province of Ontario on 13 October 1879 approving the operation of a ferry from Sidney Township in Hastings County to Ameliasburgh Township in Prince Edward County. Also present are two printed, completed bills of sale, dated 5 November 1880 transferring 64 shares in the steam paddler, Mary Ethel, built at Trenton, to the Bay of Quinte Navigation Company (Limited).

A certified reproduction of the "Moore Plot - resubdivision of Lot # 13 on subdivision called Bogart Plot, being the southhwest part of Lot # 35, Concession 1 of Sidney Township.” The plot is on bounded on the south by the Bay of Quinte and on the west by the line between Lots # 34-35. Surveyed by Evans and Bolger, P. L. S., and signed January 14, 1876.

Ponton.” The block is on bounded by Palmer Street in the west, Hanwell Street in the north, Selena Street on east and in the south by the road from Trenton to Belleville. Surveyed by Samuel M. Benson, P. L. S. & D.P.S., and signed August 28, 1875.
