The fonds contains a Daily Cash Transactions sheet with a hand-drawn layout of the coal yards, an envelope with the company name "The Schuster Co. Limited", miscellaneous materials copied from original documents including newspaper clippings from 1954; pages 62-66 of the Canadian Fuel Marketer ca. 1878-1978 issues; Weaver Liquifuels pages 55-60, 2 envelopes of negatives, and 110 photographs of various everyday operations at the Bill Schuster Coal and Lumber Company, as well as photographs of Bill Schuster and possibly his family. One is an aerial photograph of the site of the company.

This fonds contains a variety of documents relating to the Belleville Fire Department which include official policies relating to health and safety, arbitration, indemnity agreements with surrounding communities, uniform specifications, certificates and cards, labour-related issues, scientific studies, records of the city of Belleville and the Belleville Professional Fire Fighters Association in addition to newspaper clippings related to the fire department dated from 1907 to 2001.

Research notes and other materials relating to Beth Green's work for the Building Research Committee and the Archives Committee of the Hastings County Historical Society in Belleville, Ontario.

Research notes by Lois Walkling on the Wilmot and Turner families of Sidney township, Hastings County, Ontario. Includes notes on Sidney township cemeteries and copies of the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario (Quinte Branch) walking tours.

Contains mostly the Quinte Branch newsletter but also correspondence, minutes, reports and a number of walking tours of Belleville and Picton. Some of the minutes from meetings are also included as are some newspaper clippings associated with historic buildings of the region.

Airmail letters sent by Stewart Masson to Hazel and Oswald Scott of William Street, Belleville, Ontario from England, Scotland, the Netherlands, Brussels, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Yugoslavia. Masson describes the places she visited.

• File of notices, a program from a service dedicated to Queen Victoria's funeral; a list of soldiers from the congregation who fought in World War One; a program from Sunday, December 4, 1932; programs from Stainer's "The Crucifixion" from 1958, 1959, and 1961; the itinerary from the 1959 annual council meeting of the Women's Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church in Canada; the list to elect the church's elders from 1959; a program from the church choir's production of Handel's Messiah in 1960; a program from the Girl Guide – Brownie Sunday service in 1961; a catalogue of art painted by Allan and Donnah Cameron for an exhibit held in 1964; a program and an advertisement for an organ recital from 1968; there is also a 1968 retelling of a performance by the Ladies of St. Andrews Church from 1889; and a copy of Talk 405 given by Gerald Boyce on Anniversary Sunday 2006
