Order of service for the 100th anniversary of the laying of the cornerstone of Tabernacle United Church in Belleville, Ontario, held on Sunday 22 May 1977. Includes a leaflet with a brief history of the church and a reproduction of an 1875 pamphlet asking for assistance in raising funds for the Building Committee of the Methodist Episcopal Church. The cost was estimated to be $26,000 to $30,000.

Woodley family and business materials

Photographs and press clippings (mainly reproductions) relating to the Woodley family and their fur business in Belleville. The store on Front Street was established by George Thomas Woodley (1872-1948) in 1904 and closed between 1986 and 1992. George's son Russell, grandson Douglas and great-grandson Daniel ran the store. Photographs include: George Thomas Woodley [c. 1940] Isobel and Betty Woodley outside the Front Street store in period dress as part of Belleville's Centennial celebrations in 1979.
Also includes Russell Woodley's diary of a 1919 YMCA canoe trip from Lakefield to Sturgeon Lake (and a photocopy of a transcript of the diary), with a flyer for the 1920 trip and a photocopy of photographs from Mrs Thompson, whom the group visited on their journey.

The fonds contains a Daily Cash Transactions sheet with a hand-drawn layout of the coal yards, an envelope with the company name "The Schuster Co. Limited", miscellaneous materials copied from original documents including newspaper clippings from 1954; pages 62-66 of the Canadian Fuel Marketer ca. 1878-1978 issues; Weaver Liquifuels pages 55-60, 2 envelopes of negatives, and 110 photographs of various everyday operations at the Bill Schuster Coal and Lumber Company, as well as photographs of Bill Schuster and possibly his family. One is an aerial photograph of the site of the company.
