Metal medal with enamelled coat of arms engraved with the words "1918 Victory Loan Essay Competition" on one side. On the back are the words "Lower School 1st Prize won by M. Edwards, Deseronto H. S. [High School], Ryrie Bros".
A red and white quilt made in 1894 by the Steady Gleaners, a group of women affiliated with the Presbyterian Church of the Redeemer, Deseronto, Ontario, possibly with the aim of raising funds for missionary work. This quilt may have been made for such a purpose. The signatures of the women in the society are embroidered onto the squares of the quilt.

Scanned image of a photograph of the house at 153 Victoria Avenue, Belleville, Ontario. The house was built by Charles Frederick Smith in around 1878 and sold by Smith to John Wesley Johnson in 1889 for $4,250. Johnson was the Principal of the Ontario Business College in Belleville and Mayor of Belleville, 1897-1900, and Member of the Provincial Parliament for Hastings West, 1908-1919.
