Publications

This series consists of documents created by affiliated QAC members or published by the QAC. There are six sub-series: Calendars, Books, Directories, Whats On in the Arts, Collage, and Umbrella.

Audiovisual Material

The series contains assorted audiovisual material of QAC events and activities. This includes footage from events, sound recordings, grant applications, planning documents, and more.

Newspaper Clippings

The series contains assorted newspaper clippings relating to the QAC's events, initiatives, and members over time.

Collage

The sub-series consists of issues of the QAC’s arts magazine, Collage.

Directories

The sub-series consists of QAC’s directories of members, which could be artists, arts organizations, or businesses.

Administrative

The series consists of records relating to QAC’s formation as well as planning materials for the organization’s activities. There are four sub-series: History; Strategic Planning; Studies, Reports, and Proposals; and Minutes.

Umbrella

The sub-series consists of records and issues of the QAC’s arts newspaper, Umbrella.

Whats On In The Arts

The sub-series contains multiple “Whats On in the Arts” issues by Chris Gerbig and later Susan Stevenson, offering a summary of art activities in the Quinte region.

Books

The sub-series consists of assorted artist books and non-fiction books about art history and policy-making.

Calendars

The sub-series consists of various calendars from or given to the QAC.

Floppy Disks

The floppy disks contain financial records, outreach, sponsorship information, grant applications, reports, planning documents, minutes, job descriptions and media releases.
