The Wanamaker fonds consists of textual records and graphic materials of genealogical histories of various families. The fonds also contains records, brochures, pamphlets, publications, books, and other textual records from towns and cities throughout Ontario, predominantly from the Quinte Area and Hastings County.

Edition of the Victoria Chronicle for 6 March 1845 and 12 volumes of editorial articles published in the Daily Ontario between 1910 and 1920 (the editor at the time was J. O. Herity).

The collection reflects the publishing interests of Nick and Helma Mika. It comprises four main series: photographic files, reference files, printing process files and other materials. The collection is strong in local history materials, particularly relating to the history of the United Empire Loyalists, railways, and the city of Belleville.

Scan of a fragment of silk with a head-and-shoulders portrait of a Mohawk man. The item was found in a Portt family (of Tyendinaga) photograph album.
Fonds includes legal papers, photographs, correspondence of Mary Greig's mother, Lily Moult (née Wilson) and school yearbooks for Belleville Collegiate Institute and Vocational School from 1931 to 1941.

Five photographic reproductions of sketches of Belleville by Edwin Whitefield taken from a Royal Ontario Museum sketchbook with views of "Lake Ontario & St. Lawrence River' (ROM: 958.70 A-AG). The photographs were purchased by Don Kellaway and these copies were made by Lois Foster.
