Made for Trustees of Estate of late Tobia's Bleecker -being Anson Gilbert Northrup, Thomas Wills and Nelson Lingham." Many buildings are on the island - including a saw mill and Frost's Cabinet Factory. Between Moira Street and mill race are 2 dwellings and the mill building. Surveyed by John D. Evans, P.L.S., circa 1863.

Along with the creation of subdivisions, Meyers Street was also being planned. Drawn by Philip Short for P. V. Elmore, P.L.S. Created on February 9, 1863 and registered 18 days later on February 27. Scale 3.5 chains to an inch.

Floor plans for L. W. Yeoman's Drug Store

An original hand-painted, paper set of floor plans. The plan was drawn in 1873 for L. W. Yeoman & Company's drug store. The store was located on the corner of Front and Market Streets. The drawings cover the plans for the foundation, ground, second and third floors. Scale: 8 feet to one inch. Published by H. Belden & Company. John Forin built the building.

Receipts and certificates addressed to Thomas Kelso from suppliers and contractors involved in building his property at 161 George Street, Belleville, Ontario. The work was carried out between 1873 and 1876 under the direction of John D. Evans, architect. This collection also includes notes on the Kelso/Roberts family tree, compiled by Trudi and Bob Banting, with reproduction photographs of family members.

The material has been arranged into the following files:
