A certified reproduction of the “Sleeper Plot.” A plan for a piece of land laid out for I. E. Sleeper on part of Lot # 5 in the First Concession of Thurlow Township, (now Belleville). The area contained includes; East of Moira River with Lots # 1 to 10 on both sides of the road to Canniffs Mills, Lot # 6, Concession 1 northerly to the line between Concession 1 and Concession 2, Thurlow Township. Originally surveyed by Samuel Benson, D. P. S. and produced on 18 Oct 1836. This copy was made July 30, 1980.

A photocopy of the "Plan of the Point Ann Railway in the Township of Thurlow and County of Hastings and Province of Ontario." The area includes from the Grand Trunk Railway, Lots 13-16 Concession 1, Lots 16-19 Broken Front Concession and south to the Bay of Quinte. Originally printed January 17, 1903. Scale 400 feet to an inch. Surveyed by Henry Carre, O. L. S.

However, the map also features railways, roads and land boundaries. Circa 1910. Scale: 50 chains = 1 inch. Map composed by Smith, Kerry and Chace Engineers located in Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver.
