File contains completed printed mortgages, indentures of sale and deeds of John A McFee, Belleville for properties in the city of Belleville. Also present is a manuscript indenture of 21 March 1867 relating to a sale of land and mineral rights in Madoc Township from Samuel and Julia Bacon to George Dean Dickson.

William McLaren, John Street Presbyterian Church, Belleville. Also present is a typescript history of the Belleville YMCA by Vera Weir, produced for the 75th Annual Meeting in 1969.

Also present is a printed poster with photographs of a soldier demonstrating the semaphore alphabet and numerical signs ca. 1900.

Also present is a printed memorial of the County of Peel to the Dominion Government concerning support and payment of local volunteer forces.
