These are transcripts of tape-recorded interviews conducted in 1975 by Robert Miller, Nancy Foster, Evelyn Sine and Dave Masters. The initial group of interviews were recorded in the mid-1970s with senior citizens of the Belleville and Quinte area. No interviews were conducted in rural areas, but several interviewees had been farmers, or were raised on a farm. They also recollected times when lumbering was still an important industry and many saw-mills provided employment. Three women had been servants in the grand house Glanmore, now the Museum. Many had been teachers. A venerable clergyman gave insight into the activities of the Anglican Church earlier in the century. Wars were recollected, as well as ongoing militia activity.
Twenty-seven supplementary interviews were conducted in 2007-2009. These transcripts exist as electronic files only.

Compilation of photocopied pages of history books relating to the history of Stirling and Rawdon Township in Ontario. Includes pages from Hastings History; an article on Stirling's Loyalist Heritage by R. Wendell Camm; a printout of a page on Stirling-Rawdon history by Lewis Zandbergen from the Stirling-Rawdon website; various maps and family histories and unidentified publications.

Five reports and six accompanying plans prepared by Gore & Storrie, consulting engineers of Toronto, relating to proposed improvements to the water and sewerage system in and around the City of Belleville between 1955 and 1969. Copies of water agreements between Public Utility Commissions and municipalities in Whitby (1935) and Brantford, Ontario (1946).

Notes prepared for a plaque-unveiling event on 23 August 2017 in Belleville, Ontario, commemorating the former railway on Pinnacle Street. The plaque was installed by the Hastings County Historical Society.

Letters sent to William Randall, a tailor from Lonsdale, Ontario, chiefly from his sons, Herman and Prosper, who were working in the United States. There are several letters relating to Loyal Orange Lodge business (including one from Dr. Oronhyatekha), and others appointing Randall as Returning Officer for elections in Tyendinaga Township. One 1864 letter from Herman Randall mentions the U.S. Civil War, while an1866 letter from Arthur Burley of Big Rapids, Michigan, refers to the Fenian Raids.
