Also present is a printed issue of Sylva : Lands and Forests Review, Vol. 12, no.6 (Nov-Dec, 1956) which includes a historical overview and photographs of the early lumber operations of Rathbun & Company

The file contains a photocopies of a newspaper article from the Standard, Montreal, dated 23 November 1946 titled "Ancient Art Dying Out" manufacturing the gold leaf used to make the names of law firms and banks stand out. Includes picture of three generations of Gee Family, George, William and William Jr. and Ella Wannamaker.
A mix of catalogues showcasing locks and associated building hardware for all the companies involved, but focusing on Corbin. Box of files includes inter company correspondence, newspaper clippings, log books, photographs and shares. A number of other books include a job book for cylinder keys, manufacturing order books and department specific log books. Two awards are also included, 1 for the efforts of a flood control team in 1981 and 1 safety award received in 1960. The fonds also includes a plastic Corbin sign and a key made at the plant.
The fonds contains the papers of John S. Turnbull of Belleville, Ontario. Enclosed in the first file is a description of the property of a Mr. Forrin; a notice instructing Mr. Turnbull to pay Mr. James Anderson eleven pounds, ten shillings by Mr. James Turnbull; and a description of the west side of Front Street. The second file consists of items relating to Turnbull's estate including a list of properties he owned, a list of personal effects, the last will and testament of Margaret Campbell, the first and final wills of John Turnbull, and documents pertaining to a dispute over his estate by his family after his death. The third file is composed of various real estate contracts, the fourth file consists of real estate deeds, while the fifth file is made up of real estate leases.
A plan of lot 40 on the west side of Front Street, Belleville, was also part of this collection but is kept separately.
The file contains a booklet "King Baldwin Preceptory, Knights Templar, No. 6 (1928); a ration book issued by Dominion of Canada to Douglas Helen, 173 Ann St., Belleville and a sticker Fred B. Hudson, Artistic Picture Framing, Belleville.
The fonds contains a Daily Cash Transactions sheet with a hand-drawn layout of the coal yards, an envelope with the company name "The Schuster Co. Limited", miscellaneous materials copied from original documents including newspaper clippings from 1954; pages 62-66 of the Canadian Fuel Marketer ca. 1878-1978 issues; Weaver Liquifuels pages 55-60, 2 envelopes of negatives, and 110 photographs of various everyday operations at the Bill Schuster Coal and Lumber Company, as well as photographs of Bill Schuster and possibly his family. One is an aerial photograph of the site of the company.
The file contains a original building permit for the City of Belleville, dated 14 June 1951; 2 copies of photograph from the Royal Tour 1959 and notes about the Mead Johnson plant located at 231 Dundas Street East, Belleville.

Three registers of Harbour Dues paid by ships offloading cargo at the Port of Belleville between 21 September 1939 and 5 December 1946. The registers record the date; the name of the ship; the quantity and nature of the cargo; the recipient; the dues owing and the date they were paid. Entries are signed by the harbour master: Joseph Waddell until 5 October 1945 and George Oliver Tice after that date.
The file contains copies of articles from the publication "Remember When", the first one is titled "The ghost of Knight came calling one afternoon", about the former Graham house located R.R. 2 Belleville built 1918 (currently the Montrose Inn). The second article is titled "In war and peace Deacon Bros. had something to suit everyone", about the Deacon Bros. factory on Dundas Street in Belleville. Included in the file is stationary from R. Bruce Graham, 367 Front Street, Belleville (Graham Food Products Limited).
