Airmail letters sent by Stewart Masson to Hazel and Oswald Scott of William Street, Belleville, Ontario from England, Scotland, the Netherlands, Brussels, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Yugoslavia. Masson describes the places she visited.

The fonds consists of Dr. Van Arsdale Blakslee's personal and medical business receipts between the years of 1915 and 1940. There are receipts for medical supplies, tax receipts, and personal receipts such as household bills and car repairs. Many of the medical supply invoices are for products shipped by mail from Toronto or Montreal. Some of these companies in Toronto include: J.F Hartz Co. Limited, Ingram Bell, Ethical Drug Products Limited, and from Montreal Frank W. Horner Limited, Manufacturing Chemists. The majority of the receipts are from local businesses in Belleville and surrounding areas such as: F.W Jeffery Harware Merchant, Midland, Ontario, F.S Anderson Co. Genuine Scranton Coal, W.H Lattimer Druggist Belleville, Sprague the Cleaner, Greenleaf's Garage Machine Shop Foundry Electrical Contractors, R. Oliphant Son Butchers, McLaughlin Motor Car Company, Quinte Bicycle Store, The Belleville Pharmacy, E.D Finkle Electrical Contractor, J.S McKeown The Prescription Druggist, Porter, Butler and Payne Barristers, Solicitors Notaries Public etc. The Belleville Vulcanizing Co. J.T Warren Chevrolet Garage, Ed. F. Dickens Son Bakers and Confectioners, Smith Hardware, Chas J. Symons Gents Furnishings, Hats Caps, A.B Liddle Tailoring, Cleaning, Pressing, Repairing and many more. There are also household bills from the Belleville Gas Department, Belleville Water Works Department, Bell Telephone, Hydro Electric Power Commission and tax receipts from various years.

Contains sources used in Betsy Boyce's book The Rebels of Hastings, published in 1992 by University of Toronto Press. The files contain finding aids, photocopies of archival material, and excerpts from books.

Contains 5 volumes of prescription order books kept by Belleville pharmacists. The volumes contain orders for prescriptions with names of pharmacists, (or chemists/druggists), doctors, and patients, as well as the medications/ingredients they prepared. Three volumes were used for a different purpose prior to their use by the pharmacists, but most of the earlier information is obscured by prescription orders, which are glued onto the pages over the writing.

The Point Anne United Church was built in 1925 and demolished in 1990.

• items donated by Principal I. L. Moore such as a catalogue, an advertisement, a cheque to the school from the Farthey family from Johannesburg, South Africa from the Bank of Africa, and a scholarship granted to Adam Johnson
• the college's rules and regulations, a legal document discussing the trial over the name of the Belleville Business College between that school and the Ontario Business College, and one invoice book from the Business Department
• ephemera file containing three student records from Geoff Reeves, Maud Reeves, and Howard Frost respectively, as well as a coupon and a copy of the school song,
