This file contains a pamphlet with the itinerary for the 1872 Upper Canada College Annual Games. It has the date of Friday October 4th, of 1872 on the front cover.

Account book including names of prize winners and lists of members.

File contains a Rules and Regulations handbook for the Belleville Cemetery, 1873, and an 1899 By-Laws, Rules and Regulations handbook. Also rules and regulations from 9 April 2002 (donated by Gerry Boyce).

Reports, minutes, correspondence, press clippings and property records relating to the activities of the Women's Christian Association in Belleville, Ontario and their work in establishing the Belleville General Hospital and Home for the Aged and in administering both The Residence, later renamed The Gables, and the Tickell House, homes for older women.

• Original Custom House permit dated 27 May 1876, for F.H. Green to pass to Mill Point from Deseronto Customs House Papers
• Original Deed for Burial Plot, The Glenwood Cemetery (Town of Picton) sold to Elisha Sells 14 May 1879
• Two original copies of newspaper clipping dated 19 July 1962 from the Ontario Intelligencer referencing Hundred Year-Old Cabin, moved from Cloyne area to Picton

The fonds consist of minute and cash books, newsletters, handbooks, reports and songbooks of the Tyendinaga East Women's Institute. Materials added in 2016 include six photograph albums, five volumes of Tweedsmuir histories, autograph books and memorabilia.

The collection also includes a school register for School Section Number 10, Tyendinaga Township, 1879-1921.

File contains a newspaper clipping printed in 1968, retelling ghost sightings reported in Belleville in the 1890s. There is also a copy of a newspaper clipping from 1880 about the launching of a catamaran (also called a double hulled yacht) that Tisdale built for Mr. J.J. B. Flint.

File contains a printed booklet entitled “The Evolution of Trenton Ontario,” published in 1913, providing a history of the community from the late 18th century, its incorporation as a town, and the industrial and commercial development of the centre. Also present are several newspaper articles concerning Trenton's evolution into a town in 1880.

Also present is an article regarding the demolition of the Peter's Rock light near Cobourg in 1957.
