Grant of three acres in Deseronto, Ontario, part of the territory of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, to the Board of the Deseronto High School (John Newton, Frederick Sherwood Rathbun, Thomas Roach, Arthur Stanley Valleau, Herbert Burt Rathbun and Thomas Hamlin Nasmith), for the sum of $2,500. A stamp on the reverse of the deed states that it was registered on 12 May 1965.

This collection includes records of the Belleville Public Library itself, as well as reports and publications of other local organizations which were collected by the library. These include City of Belleville and County of Hastings reports and publications of the Moira River Conservation Authority.

The photographs include some reproductions, including one of a fire at Trudeau Motors in 1948. 111 photographs show construction work for the Quinte Conservation Green Energy Hydro Project at the McLeod Dam on the Moira River between College Street and Cannifton Road in Belleville between 2007 and 2009.

Scanned copies of two photographs (one a reproduction of a printed photograph) showing the Belleville General Hospital float in the Coronation Day parade in Belleville, Ontario, held on 2 June 1953. The float won second prize in the parade. On the float are nurses Joyce Lott (later Foster), Gwen Hart, Anne Crabbe and Doreen Dorland, with doctors McGreer, Winfield and Barfoot, staged as though performing an operation.
