Minutes, constitutions, correspondence and project documents of the Citizens for Downtown Belleville (2000-2003) and the Bridge to Bridge Committee (2004-2006). Both groups were concerned with the revitalization of the downtown area of Belleville, Ontario. The files were compiled by Mary Jane Throop, a member of both groups.
File contains newspaper clippings about the closing of a Belleville movie theatre for renovations, report on the first Elvis Presley movie being shown in Belleville c.1956, and a report on whether TV will make movies obsolete.
