The fonds consist of minute and cash books, newsletters, handbooks, reports and songbooks of the Tyendinaga East Women's Institute. Materials added in 2016 include six photograph albums, five volumes of Tweedsmuir histories, autograph books and memorabilia.

The collection also includes a school register for School Section Number 10, Tyendinaga Township, 1879-1921.

Printed program for a hockey game between the Belleville McFarland Oldtimers' Hockey Club and the W.H.A. and N.H.L. Professionals, held on Saturday, 17 March 1979, held as a fundraiser for the Salvation Army Children's Camp at Roblin Lake.

The fonds consists of 3 boxes of textual records and graphic material about the Ruttan family and Maud Ruttan Way (1889-1952) of Wooler, Ontario, in particular. Includes; diaries, photos, memorial cards, letters, Albert College items, and financial letters.

Printed 'Senior of the Year' award for Lois Foster, with printouts (poor quality) of photographs taken at the presentation event.

Posters designed by Graham Landgraff for the Moirantics event at Moira Secondary School in 1977.

Fonds consist of three Tweedsmuir scrapbooks compiled by the Carmel Women's Institute and nine volumes of minute books.

The scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings, photographs, and reports of local history and the Carmel Women's Institute. Subjects covered within the scrapbooks are World War II, excursions of the group, local businesses and news about the community.

The minute books cover the years 1949-2001 and include accounting information for the Institute. Some have lists of meetings, attendance registers and lists of members.

Scrapbooks of newspaper clippings compiled by Joyce Keller from Belleville, Ontario newspapers on topics relating to Canada's centennial celebrations, chiefly in 1967 but with some earlier and later clippings.
