File contains photocopied manuscript field notes by Quintin Johnston, Provincial Land Surveyor concerning resources and quality of land in Faraday Township in 1857. Also contains photocopied manuscript field notes concerning road and land surveys in Faraday Township as surveyed by Forneri and Kennedy, 1869-1870. Undated,[ ca. 1960s?] original manuscript notes containing excerpts of the aforementioned surveys are also present.

A certified reproduction of the "Distillery Block - Lot # 50a on the north side of Dundas Street.” The block includes land on the north side of Dundas Street East between Ann Street and Albert Street, in Belleville. Surveyed by Evans and Bolger, P. L. S. and dated November 7, 1877.
This copy was made in 1972 of plan #207, as registered in the Hastings Land Registry Office.
