Lumbers' materials include 51 negatives of Governor General Roland Michener's visit to Belleville in March 1970 and a number of group portraits of City Council between 1971 and 1997.

CB 1/4/2 are seven CD-ROMs containing 247 images taken by Robert (Bob) House between 2004 and 2010 of members of Council and senior City of Belleville staff.

CB 1/4/3 is a reproduction of a portrait of Mayor Reuben S. Patterson, with a negative and a covering letter from Mayor Mary-Anne Sills, 2004.
