The properties are 50 acres of the north half of lot 10 in the fourth concession and 11 acres of the west half of lot 10 in the fifth concession. The lands were owned by members of the Read/Reed and Thrasher families. Includes a reproduction of a parchment deed of 1811 of 100 acres of the north half of lot 10 in the fourth concession, transferred by Samuel Reed to John Thrasher.
