A certified reproduction of the "Plan of Park Lots laid out for the Hon. Billa Flint on a part of Lot # 1 in 4th Concession, Elzevir Township, Hastings County.” Surveyed by John Emerson, P. L. S. and dated August 1873.
This copy was made in 1972 of plan #210, as registered in the Hastings Land Registry Office.

Documents include: newspaper clippings, a directory of his businesses, and typed and written notes.
