Special report on the accounts of the Corporation of the City of Belleville for January 1 to May 9, 1959 and of the Belleville Memorial Arena (including the Belleville McFarland Senior 'A' Hockey Team) for January 1, 1956 to May 9, 1959. The report was created for the City of Belleville by F. A. R. MacFadden for the City of Belleville.
A handwritten note on the front of the report reads: "Mac - thought you will want to see 'our bestseller' Jack G I want it back."
