Text reads: "Plan of Town lots laid out on the front of the East Half of lot number twenty three in the Seventh concession of the Township of Thurlow in the County of Hastings, Surveyed for the proprietor Josephy Fletcher Mackencie [Mackenzie] , By John Emerson P.L.S. October 1877. Scale one chain to an Inch. This plan is correct and is prepared under the provisions of the Registrations of Titles (Ontario) Act. John Emerson P.L.S. Duplicate Plan registered the first day of June A. D. 1878." The lot at the southeast corner is identified as "Halls Tavern Lot".

She received her first communion in Deseronto, Ontario, in August 1885 [at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church] and was confirmed in Napanee, Ontario on November 3rd, 1887 [at St. Patrick's Catholic Church].
The certificate was printed by L. Turgis, 60 Rue Des Ecoles, Paris.
List of 81 landowners in Hungerford Township and the village of Tweed who gave up land for the Napanee, Tamworth and Quebec Railway's extension to Tweed in Hastings County. The book lists names of occupiers, concession and lot and acreage of the land taken by the railway company. A note on the front of the volume certifies that the reference book was lodged with the Registrar of Hastings County on October 29th, 1888.
Grant of three acres in Deseronto, Ontario, part of the territory of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, to the Board of the Deseronto High School (John Newton, Frederick Sherwood Rathbun, Thomas Roach, Arthur Stanley Valleau, Herbert Burt Rathbun and Thomas Hamlin Nasmith), for the sum of $2,500. A stamp on the reverse of the deed states that it was registered on 12 May 1965.
