This series consists of documents created by affiliated QAC members or published by the QAC. There are six sub-series: Calendars, Books, Directories, Whats On in the Arts, Collage, and Umbrella.

The series contains assorted audiovisual material of QAC events and activities. This includes footage from events, sound recordings, grant applications, planning documents, and more.

The series contains assorted newspaper clippings relating to the QAC's events, initiatives, and members over time.

The series consists of records relating to QAC’s formation as well as planning materials for the organization’s activities. There are four sub-series: History; Strategic Planning; Studies, Reports, and Proposals; and Minutes.

The series contains photographs, negatives, and slides of QAC events, staff, artwork, artists, and performers.

The series contains biographical records about local artists and some samples of their work. There are three sub-series: Miscellaneous, Visual Artists and Craft Artists.

The series consists of records relating to awards and bursaries offered by or to the QAC. This includes nomination forms, flyers for awards ceremonies, photographs of award winners, newspaper clippings, grant applications and correspondence.

The series contains documents relating to the QACs various events over time. These events could be art exhibitions and auctions, musical performances and concerts, galas, and more. There are 9 sub-series: Arts Festival, Artevino, Expressions, Desjardins Concerts, Two Weeks in May, Festival of Trees, Conferences, Promotional Materials and Various. The first six sub-series pertain to long-running or prominent QAC events.
