CB 1/4/3 is a reproduction of a portrait of Mayor Reuben S. Patterson, with a negative and a covering letter from Mayor Mary-Anne Sills, 2004.

Decorative box used to send the City of Belleville's coat of arms from the College of Arms in London, England. The box contains three metal seal coverss. Note that the parchment award of armorial bearings, with three seals, was on display in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall in October 2019.
