Originally donated to the Deseronto Archives by Cynthia Tappay in June 2011. A note on the back of item 1) states that it was presented to H. C. Burleigh, M.D. of Bath, Ontario, by Mrs Hill of the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory on 11 August 1938, as a souvenir of a trip to see the Mohawk Communion Service.

Transferred to Community Archives in September 2016.
