This file contains a booklet titled "Over the Hills of Hastings" published in 1923 with the intent to bring attention to the advantages of Hastings County. It contains a brief history of the county, also featuring natural resources in the area, a description of the townships within the county and of Belleville and includes a map of Hasting County .

Moira River Conservation Authority, 1962

File contains several newspaper articles regarding control of the water level of the Moira River, the selection of officers of the Moira River Conservation Authority for 1962 and reforestation projects proposed for the MRCA watershed area. Also present are two printed booklets entitled respectively, : 'Moira River Conservation Authority : Progress and Achievements, 1947-1962' and a 1964 'Conservation Drive,' which outlines a self-guided auto tour through the Moira Valley.
