File contains a pamphlet for Belleville's Association for Retarded Children; and newspaper clips c.1969 about four Belleville students to go to Special Olympics, Mayor Jack Ellis cutting ribbon for workshop for mentally handicapped adults, and a newspaper clip on a Cannifton Road workshop providing jobs for the mentally handicapped c.1966.

Hastings County Council notes 1968
