Robert William Carleton was born on 20 May 1924 to Muriel Maud Bassett and David Roy Carleton. He lived in Trenton, Ontario, where he worked as a manager for Bell Telephone for 41 years. He was the president of the Trenton Centennial Committee in 1967. He died in Belleville, Ontario on 2 May 1989.

Carman, Thomas Samuel

Thomas Samuel Carman was born in Prince Edward County, Ontario, on 24 October 1840. He was the proprietor of The Daily Ontario and The Weekly Chronicle until he sold the newspapers to William Herbert Morton and James Owen Herity in early 1910. Carman also operated the Carman Opera House in Belleville, Ontario. He died on 13 April 1926 at 228 Dundas Street East, Belleville.

Henry Carre was born in Glencollumkill, County Donegal, Ireland on 25 October 1833. He came to Canada in 1857 and qualified as a Provincial Land Surveyor in 1861. He settled in Belleville, Ontario and married Louisa deQuincy Lundy in 1866. He died in Belleville on 11 July 1918.

Fred Mather Carscallen was born on March 23, 1901 in Thurlow, Hastings County. He was the son of John Edward Carscallen and Anna Louisa Hall. He married Geraldine Alma Garrison on August 30, 1922. Mr. Carscallen retired from the International Harvester Company of Canada. He was a member of Bridge Street United Church and Temple Lodge No. 666, and a life member of the Belleville Shrine Club as well as the Ramses Temple of Toronto. He died on November 29, 1985.
